All terms in this Privacy Policy are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.

Gat Fertilizers Ltd. (the “Company”) respects the privacy of its customers and all users of its services (the “Users”), including Users of the website operated and managed by the Company (the “Website”), Users who engage with the Company’s marketing campaigns or activities, and Users who interact with the Company’s customer service, including by contacting the Company’s service center. The Company attaches great importance to safeguarding the privacy of its customers and Users, is committed to protecting the personal information they share with it, and acts in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, in particular the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations, including Amendment No. 13 to the Law.
“Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy means any identifying information about Users that is provided or collected in connection with their relationship with the Company and use of the Website for the purpose of registering for the services offered, as well as any identifying information collected about their use of the Company’s digital assets.
Use of the Website, including the services and content contained therein, constitutes consent to this Privacy Policy and to the terms published on the Website, including consent to the collection, management, processing, storage, and similar actions regarding information as described herein. If a User does not agree to these terms, the User must immediately refrain from further accessing and using the Website and the Company’s services.
Providing Details to the Company
Use of the Website and the Company’s services involves providing personal details. Users must provide only correct, accurate, and complete details, and they hereby confirm the accuracy of the information they have provided.
It is clarified that there is no legal obligation to provide details to the Company and that providing them depends on the User’s consent. However, providing incomplete or incorrect details may impair the ability to use the Website or the ability to make contact. Users are also responsible for updating their details as needed.
Users who upload content to the Website, such as comments and reviews, confirm that they are permitted to publish such content and declare that they do not infringe the privacy of any other person. Information Collected
During use of the Website, the Company may collect and store information about Users, including the services and products that interest them, the location of the computer, internet address data, the means by which they accessed the Website, and more.
The Company may also collect information and rely on third parties to collect and or analyze information from various sources, including information relating to Website Users’ details, information about purchases, and more.

- Information about User behavior such as patterns of activity on the Website, browsing times, navigation paths, and products viewed.

- Personal Information collected directly
- Comments and messages: When posting a comment on the Website or completing a contact form, the Company collects the data entered by Users, including name, email address, and the URL of their site. To prevent spam, the IP address and the browser’s User Agent string are also collected.
- Media data: If Users choose to upload images to the Website, such images may include location data (EXIF GPS). It is clarified that such data may be exposed to other Users who download the images.
- Purchase data: In the course of a purchase, the Company collects information necessary to complete the transaction, including full name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Full credit card details are not stored in the Company’s databases.
- User account data: If a User registers on the Website and creates a profile, the Company will store the personal information provided, including name, address, email address, and phone number, to streamline future purchases.
- Personal Information collected from third parties
- Third party services: The Company may transfer an anonymized hash created from Users’ email addresses to the Gravatar service to verify membership and to display profile pictures. Use of this service is subject to Gravatar’s privacy policy.

Use of Information
The Company and data processors acting on its behalf use Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including for the following purposes:

- Comments: Comments and their related data will be retained indefinitely so that the Company can identify and automatically approve follow-up comments.
- User accounts: For registered Users, the personal information provided in their user profile is retained as long as the account remains active.
- Orders: Order details (name, address, email, etc.) will be stored for the period required by law, including tax and accounting laws.

Sharing Information with Third Parties
Users’ Personal Information will not be provided to third parties without their consent, except as expressly permitted in this Privacy Policy. The Company may share and transfer Users’ Personal Information to some or all of the following third parties, as needed, at its sole discretion, and subject to law:
- Service providers essential to the Company’s operations – including payment processing and clearing providers (such as Verifone), marketing, mailing, and customer management platforms (Flashy, SimplyClub), content and website management systems (WordPress), data analysis and analytics services (Google Analytics), and advertising and campaign performance tracking services (Meta Pixel).
- Legal and regulatory requirements – including providing information to competent authorities, law enforcement bodies, courts, and any other public or governmental body, as required by law, court order, or other binding demand.

Information Security
The Company places great importance on protecting Users’ privacy and the security of Personal Information provided to it. To this end, the Company implements customary technological and organizational measures intended to reduce, as much as possible, risks of intrusion, unauthorized use, or disclosure of information. However, it is agreed and clarified that absolute and hermetic security of the Company’s information and communications systems, including the Website and or the services provided through it, is not possible. Therefore, Users declare and agree that the Company will not bear any liability, direct or indirect, for any damage, loss, or expense of any kind arising from the exposure of information, unauthorized use, or any information security incident of any kind. The Company is not responsible for any breach of privacy, exposure of information, or use of information resulting, among other things, from Users’ actions, third parties, technological failures, disruptions in the internet or other external systems, or any factor beyond its full control.
Right to Review, Correct, or Delete Information
In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, including Amendment No. 13, Users are entitled to exercise their rights as data subjects as follows:
- Right of access and information: Users are entitled to review Personal Information held about them in the Company’s databases, and their request will be honored in accordance with law. If Users have an account on the Website or have left a comment, they may request a copy of all personal data they have provided to the Company, in a structured and readable format, subject to law.
- Right of rectification: Users are entitled to request correction of Personal Information about them that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not up to date. All Users registered on the Website can edit and update their personal information in their user profile, except for the username.
- Right of erasure: Users may request deletion of Personal Information held about them, except in cases where the Company is required by law to continue holding the information, including for administrative purposes, accounting, legal, or security purposes.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Company reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will enter into force fourteen (14) days after notice is provided on the Website. All other changes to the Privacy Policy will take effect immediately, and continued use of the Website after any change indicates Users’ consent to the new terms of the Privacy Policy, without prior notice. It is clarified that consent to this Privacy Policy constitutes consent for the purposes of the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and any other relevant law. If a User does not agree with the new terms, the User must cease using the Website.
